Eight years ago, when the M.A.Z.C.C. came into being,I, along with other volunteers at the LJWB, was asked how I would like to help. I agreed to be involved in anything musical- so a "singalong" group was formed. We met every week, enjoyed singing well-known songs, and then decided we would like to do something more challenging. We started singing rounds, liked the feel of singing in harmony with each other - and that's how we morphed into our choir "Singing for Pleasure"with 27 members,divided into sopranos, altos, tenors and basses.
